John, who was a publican in Cahir, was one of 22 children.

Mary O'Connor, a great-granddaughter of John's, has published a family history of her O'Connor family entitled "Our Roots Under The Rock". Further information on the book can be found on Mary's website, www.ourrootsundertherock.com.

Hanora O'GORMAN was born about 1863 in Co. Tipperary. She died in probably Cahir, Co. Tipperary. Hanora married John O'CONNOR about 1889.

Hanora and John, who had 10 children, lived on Church St. in Cahir, Co. Tipperary.
