Mary SHANLEY was born Apr 1885 in Croghan, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. She died 2 Jan 1973. Mary married Joseph O'HARA on 1922.

Mary and Joseph lived in Moigh in Cootehall.

Patrick Joseph O'HARA [Parents] was born about 1925 in Moigh, Cootehall, Co. Roscommon. He died about 2006. Patrick married Bridget FINUCANE.

Patrick lived in Dublin.

Michael Gerard O'HARA [Parents] was born 27 Mar 1923 in Moigh, Cootehall, Co. Roscommon. He died 15 Aug 1994. Michael married Annabella MCGOWAN.

Michael farmed on the O'Hara land at Moigh and on land in Clegna he inherited from his uncle James O'Hara. He also worked for a time as a rep for the ICMSA (Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association).

Annabella MCGOWAN was born in probably Kiltyclogher, Co. Leitrim. She died 2001. Annabella married Michael Gerard O'HARA.

Prior to her marriage, Annabella ran her own hair salon above her parents' pub in Kiltyclogher, Co. Leitrim. She and Michael lived in Moigh in Cootehall, Co. Roscommon.

Joseph JEFFARES [Parents] was born 11 May 1855 in Taradale, Napier, New Zealand. He died 22 Jun 1902 in possibly Taradale, Napier, New Zealand. Joseph married Elizabeth O'HARA on 28 Jun 1883 in St. Mary's Church, Meanee, Napier, New Zealand.

Joseph's parents were born in Ireland, his mother in Co. Clare and his father in Co. Wexford. At the time of his marriage (in 1883), Joseph was a baker.

Elizabeth O'HARA [Parents] was born about 23 Feb 1858 in Glooria, Cootehall, Co. Roscommon and was christened 23 Feb 1858. She died 3 Feb 1931 in Napier, New Zealand. Elizabeth married Joseph JEFFARES on 28 Jun 1883 in St. Mary's Church, Meanee, Napier, New Zealand.

Elizabeth emigrated to New Zealand as a young woman and settled in Napier. Elizabeth died in the Napier earthquake of 1931 which killed a total of 256 people and devastated the Hawke's Bay area.
