'unknown' MAHONY was born in Ballyknockane, Mourneabbey, Co . Cork. He married Nora? SULLIVAN.

|
Nora? SULLIVAN [Parents] was born in Caheraveelane, Kilshannig; or Glynn, Mourneabbey. She died in possibly Cork. Nora? married 'unknown' MAHONY.
It's believed Séamus had a daughter, probably named Nora, who married a Mr. Mahony from Ballyknockane, Mourneabbey. It's thought they may have lived in Cork city.
Based on this information, two registration records were located. One was a baptismal record for a Cain Mahony, child of Daniel Mahony and Honora Sullivan. Cain was baptised in Mourneabbey on 3 March 1862 and sponsors were Cain Mahony and Bridget Mahony. A marriage record for Cain's parents couldn't be located. Apparently the name Cain, generally uncommon in Ireland, was popular among some Mahony families in Co. Cork.
The second record related to the marriage of a Honora Sullivan and a Michael Mahony who were married in Mourneabbey on 4 May 1874. Unfortunately the father's name of neither was provided, nor were their addresses.

David KELLY was born about 1855 in Co. Limerick. He died possibly 1924 in Co. Limerick. David married Johanna (Hannah) DOODY about 1892.
Hannah and her husband farmed in Darraghmore (also spelled Darragh More), Kilfinane (also spelled Kilfinnane), Co. Limerick. It's known that some of their grandchildren live or lived in England.
According to the 1911 census, David and Hannah had been married for 19 years and had seven children born alive, all of whom were still alive at the time of the census.

Johanna (Hannah) DOODY [Parents] was born about 11 Feb 1867 in Ardnamoher, Galbally, Co.Limerick and was christened 11 Feb 1867. She died 8 Mar 1958. Johanna married David KELLY about 1892.
Sponsors at Hannah's baptism were Maurice Rowan and Ellen Donohoe. Hannah's baptismal date of 11 Feb 1867 may not be correct because the next oldest sibling, Ellen, was baptised only three months before. Or maybe it's Ellen's date of baptism that's incorrect.
