135. Thomas (Tom) SHEEHAN (Mary Anne HUDSON , Richard HUDSON , Edmond HUDSON , Margaret ) was born 1900 in prob Kilbaha, Moyvane, Co. Kerry. He died 17 Apr 1981 in Listowel, Co. Kerry and was buried in Ahavoher Cemetery, Gale Bridge, Moyvane, Co. Kerry.

Tom was a member of the Old IRA. He later became a member of the County Council, and was well known in the Moyvane area.

Thomas married Ellen (Nell) SHINE in 1928. Ellen was born in Newtownsandes (Moyvane), Co. Kerry. She died 16 Jul 1972 and was buried in Ahavoher Cemetery, Gale Bridge, Moyvane, Co. Kerry.

It's a possibility that Nell may have been connected to the family of Shines of Cork origin who were coopers and who had settled in Kilbaha. According to Dan Keane's piece on www.moyvane.com entitled Trades in Moyvane:

"To trace the origin of the Cooper trade in the parish we must go back to two brothers and a sister who came from Cork and settled in Kilbaha. Their initial residence was in the farm owned later by Bill Shine (a direct descendant) and later by his son known as Connie Bill Shine, the farm was later sold and is now the property of Patrick Kearney also of Kilbaha. It was from this farm, Con Shine (grandfather to the present Connie and Jack in the Glin Road) came and married in to the farm where Connie now resides, he married a girl by the name of Mulvihill who owned the farm... Strangely they are the only branch to be referred to as the "Coopers", the Dirreen and Athea Shines can be traced back to the same roots. Dan Shine (brother to Molly Shine the teacher) was also a cooper, his residence and work- shop was where Bobby Stack and family now live".

137. Richard (Dick) SHEEHAN (Mary Anne HUDSON , Richard HUDSON , Edmond HUDSON , Margaret ) was born Jan 1905 in prob Kilbaha, Moyvane, Co. Kerry. He died 7 May 1978 and was buried in Ahavoher Cemetery, Gale Bridge, Moyvane, Co. Kerry.

Dick, Peggy and their family lived in Kilbaha, Moyvane.

Richard married Margaret (Peggy) THORNTON, daughter of Myles THORNTON and Mary MCAULIFFE. Margaret was born Nov 1911 in prob Kilbaha, Moyvane, Co. Kerry. She died 8 Jul 1992 and was buried in Ahavoher Cemetery, Gale Bridge, Moyvane, Co. Kerry.

138. Eileen (Nell) SHEEHAN (Mary Anne HUDSON , Richard HUDSON , Edmond HUDSON , Margaret ) was born about 1908 in prob Kilbaha, Moyvane, Co. Kerry. She died 1972 in USA.

Eileen married Michael SHINE on 26 Oct 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri. Michael was born in prob. Direen, Athea, Co. Limerick. He died 25 Feb 1965 in Dallas, Texas.

142. Tom LYONS (Hanora (Norah) HUDSON , Richard HUDSON , Edmond HUDSON , Margaret ) was born in Derry, Listowel, Co. Kerry. He died Mar 2001.

Tom ran the family farm in Derry.

143. Dan LYONS (Hanora (Norah) HUDSON , Richard HUDSON , Edmond HUDSON , Margaret ) was born about 1916 in Derry, Listowel, Co. Kerry. He died 27 Apr 1995 and was buried in Listowel Cemetery.

Dan was well known in the area because he was a funeral director and the owner of a local Texaco service station.

146. Nora LYONS (Hanora (Norah) HUDSON , Richard HUDSON , Edmond HUDSON , Margaret ) was born about 1913 in Derry, Listowel, Co. Kerry. She died 2002 and was buried in Knockanure Cemetery, Co. Kerry.

Nora married Daniel (Dan) MCMAHON. Daniel died 1985.

Dan and Nora lived in Gortaglanna, Moyvane.

Dick and his family lived in Kilbaha.

Eamonn was a greyhound-breeder.

Eamonn married Bridget (Bride) SHEAHAN "Bride". Bride was born about 1919 in Ballyguiltenan, Glin, Co. Limerick. She died 27 Jul 1995 in Tralee, Co. Kerry and was buried in Ahavoher Cemetery, Gale Bridge, Moyvane, Co. Kerry.

Eamonn and Bride lived in Dirreen, Athea, Co. Limerick. The may have more children than those listed below.

181. Eileen HUDSON (Edmond (Ned) HUDSON , William HUDSON , Edmond HUDSON , Margaret ) was born about 1930 in Kilbaha, Moyvane, Co. Kerry. She died 13 May 2005 in Tralee, Co. Kerry and was buried in Kilfeighney Cemetery, Lixnaw, Co. Kerry.

After her marriage, Eileen lived in Upper Muckenaugh, Lixnaw, Co. Kerry, and later moved to Lisahane, Listowel, Co. Kerry.
