Margaret Hudson, born in 1852 in Kilbaha, Newtownsandes, Co. Kerry, was one of the nine children of Edmond Hudson and Nora Connor. She was a niece of brothers Richard, Jeremiah, Frank and Patrick Hudson (see previous photos).

Margaret's father, Edmond, and his sister, Johanna (Cunningham), were the only two of eight siblings who didn't emigrate to the United States. Both remained in Kilbaha.

In 1876 Margaret married John Moloney of Islandanny, Duagh, Co. Kerry where they lived for several years before moving to Ballymacjordan, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick. Margaret and John had nine children.

Margaret died in 1910 aged 67.
