Laurence Hussey, son of Thomas Hussey and Mary Butler and grandson of builder Thomas Hussey, was born in Westminster, London about 1896. He survived service in World War I as did his brother Robert (see previous photo), although another brother, Edward, was killed at Ypres in 1917. Laurence lived in Wimbledon, London after the war.
